Job summary

Lifeworks is seeking an Assistant Clinical Coordinator to support the Monarch Adult Autism Program in Northeast Ohio. This management role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care, program adherence, and data‑driven planning for adults with autism.

The position involves coordinating assessments, ISP/BSP reporting, staff training, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and state regulations, with a focus on helping clients live more independently.

Qualifications

Master's degree preferred in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
BCBA or COBA preferred; candidates pursuing BCBA coursework considered.

Responsibilities

Utilize preference assessments to determine consumer preferences across vocational areas.
Develop ISP goals via assessment and observation for consumers.
Design and implement ABA programs, conduct FBA, and develop BIPs.
Apply validated teaching procedures in skill building programs.
Provide interpretation of assessment results and supervise interventions.
Set and achieve performance goals with consumers and treatment team.
Train staff and model behavior analytic strategies on the floor.
Maintain discretion in managing consumer services and supervision.
Prepare monthly progress reports with data summaries and visuals.
Create supplemental teaching materials and visuals for trainings.
Attend consumer meetings and collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator on shared cases.
