Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of one or more community homes and related services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise direct support staff, hire and train, and participate in on-call coverage while upholding self-determination principles.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in programs for MH/IDD/ASD.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Flexible hours to cover evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the delegation of work, assignment of duties, completion of tasks of direct support staff and for supporting the principles and values of self-determination, in accordance with Community Services Group policies and applicable regulations. The Program Supervisor reports directly to the Program Manager.This position is part of our Adult Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) Services.The position is Full-Time (40 hours per week) - Generally Monday to Friday hours with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed including rotating on-call.CSG’s Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD/ASD) Services is excited to offer a 2 week paid orientation for this position. Orientation includes the necessary foundational training needed before providing services in the programs and sets you up for a successful career at CSG. Orientation is held in-person at our Mountville, Williamsport, and Bethlehem offices.
