Sunray ABA in Atlanta, GA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD or developmental conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and BACB standards.
