Job summary

Key Autism Services in Atlanta, GA seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and work under BCBA supervision in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Use DTT and NET ABA teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team.
• Attend supervision, trainings, and meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging therapy environment.
