Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 credit hours or pass the Parapro Test.
• Experience with autism, developmental delays, or multiple disabilities preferred.
• Specialized training in child development or related field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction and supervision of students with disabilities.
• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally in various settings.
• Follow IEP provisions and work with classroom and special education teachers.
• Monitor student progress and document concerns and progress data.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
• Support safe, inclusive learning environments and adapt to student needs.
