Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a qualified clinician to serve as the primary clinician for the interdisciplinary ASD Community Treatment Team in Worcester, MA. The role involves collaborating with a broad treatment team, providing training on autism, PBS, and trauma-informed approaches, and developing person-centered care and safety plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services field is required.
• Licenses: LMHC or LICSW or LABA or BCBA.
• Minimum three years’ clinical experience with developmental disabilities, ASD, and mental health challenges; PBS knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with function-based behavioral assessment and treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinician for the ASD Community Treatment Team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including clinicians, nurses, and peer specialists.
• Provide training on autism spectrum disorder, evidenced-based practices, PBS, and related strategies.
• Develop individual care plans and safety plans with families and individuals served.
• Maintain current confidential electronic files and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to support community access and stabilization.
• Coordinate outreach and coordination with DDS, families, and other providers.
