Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Autism and Clinical Team Director to lead clinical and operational aspects of autism and ID/DD services in the central Massachusetts area. The role oversees teams, ensures fidelity to treatment models, and maintains partnerships with families and funders.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree with LMHC/LICSW or eligible, plus at least 3 years of direct clinical experience with ID/DD/ASD and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with LMHC/LICSW license or eligibility.
• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience with ID/DD/ASD and behavioral health needs.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and oversight of the clinical team and program directors.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate team members ensuring contract and organizational standards.
• Oversee mobile and community-based therapy and group treatment for ID/DD/ASD.
• Manage referral processes and funder communications for DD/ID clinical contracts.
• Ensure fidelity to emotional regulation and behavioral support models.
• Maintain clinical documentation and oversee licensure and billing compliance.
• Develop and deliver training to address learning needs of providers.
• Foster positive, therapeutic relationships with participants and families.
