Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Positive Behavioral Supports Clinician to lead the ASD Community Treatment Team, collaborate with physicians, nurses, coaches and family members, and drive evidence-based practices. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, PBS, and multidisciplinary collaboration to support individuals’ goals and safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services field is required.
• Must be licensed LMHC, LICSW, LABA or BCBA.
• Minimum of three years’ clinical experience with developmental disabilities, ASD, and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary clinician for the interdisciplinary ASD Community Treatment Team.
• Provide outreach, coordination, and consultation to DDS and families.
• Develop individual care plans, safety plans, and cope ahead plans.
• Complete clinical assessments within 30 days of admission.
• Incorporate PBS Universal and Targeted interventions in practice.
