Open Sky Community Services Inc. is seeking a Positive Behavioral Supports Clinician to lead the ASD Community Treatment Team across virtual, community, office, and family-home settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians, nurses, coaches, consultants, and peers to implement training and evidence-based PBS practices. You will perform functional behavioral assessments, contribute to individualized care and safety plans, and ensure timely documentation to meet funder expectations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services field, required.
• Must be licensed as a LMHC, LICSW LABA or BCBA required.
• A minimum of three years’ clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities, ASD, and significant mental health challenges, and knowledge of PBS is required.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving history and reliable transportation, required.
• Previous experience implementing function-based behavioral assessment and treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinician for the interdisciplinary ASD Community Treatment Team.
• Collaborate with all team disciplines including clinicians, nurses, consultants, and peer specialists.
• Provide training on autism spectrum disorder, evidence-based practices, PACT, and Trauma Informed Care.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individual care plans and safety plans.
• Ensure documentation is current and meets funder requirements and data collection needs.
• Participate in after hours on-call rotation to promote community access and stabilization.
• Develop PBS Universal and Targeted interventions and coordinate outreach to providers.
