Job summary

Centriaautism is looking for passionate individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will teach daily living and social skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The ideal candidates will be compassionate and able to handle various physical tasks, including lifting. Join our team to make a significant impact on children's lives.

Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with extensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ years of age.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
