Job summary

CentrIA Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

• Experience with autism-related support is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test (if not current) are required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Assist BCBA with data collection and support for skill acquisition.
• Maintain a safe, supportive learning environment and collaborate with the team.
