Qualifications

• Minnesota K-12 ASD/ABS license required; ASD licensure within two years if only EBD/LD.
• Experience collaborating with SPED and general education staff.
• Data-informed programming based on IEPs and assessments.
• Strong parent communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with classroom technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programming based on IEP and assessment data.
• Communicate with parents via Schoology, newsletters, calls, emails.
• Establish and maintain standards for positive pupil behavior.
• Participate in meetings, coursework, workshops to stay current.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors in a team setting.
• Manage casework for SPED students and complete due process procedures.
• Coordinate paraprofessionals and volunteers as needed.
• Engage in PLCs and third-party reimbursement training.
