AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a specialized high school and transition program in Newark, DE. You will deliver speech-language therapy to high school and transition-aged students with autism and complex communication needs, collaborating with educators and other professionals.

The role emphasizes developing IEP-driven treatment plans, using AAC, and maintaining thorough documentation with a caseload of about 20–25 students.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Delaware SLP license or ability to obtain required for practice in the state.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP credential required for licensed SLPs who have CFY.
  • Experience with autism and complex communication needs preferred.
  • Experience with AAC is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy to high school and transition-aged students.
  • Support students with autism and complex communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring.
