Job summary

Shrub Oak International School in New York's northern Westchester County is seeking an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support autistic students across educational, residential, and community settings. The role focuses on evaluating communication needs, developing individualized plans, and delivering evidenced-based therapy.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in SLP with NYS licensure, CCC-SLP, and TSSLD certification; experience with autism preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• NYS licensure in good standing and CCC-SLP certification.
• TSSLD certification preferred.
• Experience with autistic individuals preferred.
• On-site work in Westchester County.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans across settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Provide individual and group SLP services and monitor progress.
• Maintain timely documentation and support AAC implementations.
