You will conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations and provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families, helping them gain diagnostic clarity and practical care pathways within a collaborative pediatric team.

Schedule is hybrid: minimum two days onsite; remaining duties may be completed remotely, with after‑school or weekend hours preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PA LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licenses.
• 2+ years delivering clinical care to children, adolescents, and families.
• Excellent clinical writing and diagnostic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Autism Evaluations & Diagnostics: Conduct neurodevelopmental assessments (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS-2) and synthesize data into actionable conclusions.
• Psychotherapy & Clinical Care: Provide direct evidence-based therapy and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Schedule & Work Model: Balance autism evaluations and therapy with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule; maintain timely documentation.
