Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Autism Evaluator (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania to blend autism spectrum assessments with ongoing psychotherapy. Expect collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and flexible scheduling balancing testing and therapy.

The role requires licensure in PA, 2+ years of pediatric clinical experience, and strong diagnostic writing. Onsite 2 days weekly with remote work options, supporting families across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in PA (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)
• Experience with pediatric mental health care
• Strong diagnostic documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Perform neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (autism-focused)
• Synthesize data into clear diagnostic formulations
• Deliver compassionate feedback to families with care pathways
• Manage evaluation timelines and report writing
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team
• Provide direct psychotherapy to pediatric/young adult clients
• Maintain updated clinical documentation
