Job summary

Eden Autism Services in Hamilton, NJ seeks a Community Job Coach to support adults with autism in community-based employment settings. The role includes coaching, data tracking, and collaboration with clinical staff. A 2-week paid training program is provided before starting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with opportunities to promote independence. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, preferably an associate or bachelor’s in human services, NJ Certified Supported

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in human services preferred.
• NJ Certified Supported Employment Specialist via Rutgers Boggs Center.
• Valid driver’s license with good standing and driving experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with autism in vocational or employment settings.

Responsibilities

• Document support provided to participants at work sites and centers.
• Follow daily/weekly schedules for 1–3 participants.
• Record and update Therap data on performance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on IHPs and BSPs.
• Implement teaching and behavior support programs.
• Maintain professional communication with families and employers.
• Attend regular meetings with Residential Supervisors and house staff.
• Transport participants to and from work sites and activities.
