Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health invites applications for the Community Integration Specialist role in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. This full-time position (37.5 hours weekly) coordinates access to services for CAAPP recipients, monitors delivery and outcomes, and ensures service authorizations are updated.

A strong classroom and community-based collaboration is essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years’ experience with autism spectrum

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Science, Vocational/Rehabilitation Education, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Two years’ experience working with adolescents and/or adults with an autism spectrum disorder.
• Experience with ABA instructional methods, case management and/or counseling preferred.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service and adapt to changing demands.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office, and data collection/analysis platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee services for assigned individuals to ensure quality outcomes and person-centered care.
• Complete intake assessments and maintain client records with accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and prepare required reports and treatment updates.
• Provide direct service coverage to ensure continuity of care.
