Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Instructional Support Specialist for the School for Integrated Learning in West Chester, PA. You will work up to 32 hours per week with flexible hours during school days to support students with autism and related needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with individualized plans, helping in classroom activities, and documentation of programs. Requires a High School Diploma; Associate degree or two years post-secondary education

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree or completion of two years of post-secondary education preferred.
• Previous experience in a special education or behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with individualized daily life plans.
• Support children with classroom activities.
• Ensure students are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment.
• Participate in planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs.
