Job summary

AZA United in Chandler, AZ is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our Arizona Top Workplace nonprofit that cares about families and growth. This 100% on-site role supports scheduling, onboarding, and client services for autism programs.

Qualifications

• GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar administrative role.
• Experience with funding sources (AHCCCS, DDD, insurance) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with diverse populations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist program leaders with maintaining optimal client enrollment.
• Coordinate daily scheduling changes to avoid gaps in services.
• Manage room assignments and update appointment data in management systems.
• Help monitor authorization utilization with supervisors.
• Support onboarding activities and coordinate start of services.
