Arizona Autism United (AZA United) is looking for a full-time position in the Complex Care Services program. This role involves training family members and administering behavioral interventions to support children with autism. Qualifications

• Experience working with aggressive behaviors and challenging home environments.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule (M-F), expected hours M-F 10AM-6PM.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer behavioral intervention and skill-teaching strategies.
• Train caregivers to implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in data collection and progress reporting.
