Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification with supervision hours in ABA.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline.
• At least five years in lead BCBA, supervisor or senior therapist roles implementing ABA.
• Must be legally authorized to perform psychotherapy with a relevant master’s degree and required hours of training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Caravel’s leadership skills including integrity and accountability.
• Effectively leads clinical team and manages scheduling, coaching, and development.
• Oversees staff performance, conducts evaluations, and addresses employee relations issues.
• Ensures staffing levels meet client needs across clinics.
• Coordinates clinical training and continuing education for staff.
• Leads clinic meetings, monitors turnover and satisfaction, and develops action plans.
