Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA, is hiring Mental Health Techs for weekend shifts (32 hours/week: Saturday and Sunday 7a–11:30p). Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or 2+ years direct human services experience alternative.
• Must be compassionate and understand Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Respiratory Fit Testing required

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under RN supervision, ensuring a safe milieu.
• Follow trauma-informed care practices and supervise patients as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation and track vital signs.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions and conduct 15-minute observation rounds.
• Assist nurses with head-to-toe assessments and activities of daily living.
