Job summary

HealthPartners seeks a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Case Management to support the Autism Care Management team. You will supervise case managers, provide expert supervision, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, Minnesota licensure, and 3+ years in clinical practice with Autism, plus 1+ year supervisory experience. This leadership role advances integrated care across patients, families, providers, and the health plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Minnesota as LICSW, RN or Psychologist; Masters degree preferred.
• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical practice; 3 years case management/utilization review; current knowledge.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff; hire, transfer, promote, discipline and review performance.
• Provide case consultations and supervision sessions for staff.
• Review monthly management reports for performance and outcomes.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure documentation meets policies.
• Ensure activities are member-focused with individualized care plans.
• Identify interventions and resources to meet patient goals.
• Integrate clinical and psychosocial information for planning.
• Coordinate service coverage with funding sources as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain confidentiality per policies.
