Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services Temecula is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children who have Autism, supporting development of social and communication skills.

You will document progress and follow behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience or coursework related to behavior support or ABA concepts is preferred.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children with autism and other special needs.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with social, communication, and behavioral goals.
• Document progress and milestones.
• Implement behavior plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Skills

Passion for working with children with

Strong communication skills

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

College coursework in psychology/education/social work/behavioral science/human development or 1 year relevant experience
