Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services Temecula is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. You will implement behavior plans and track progress under BCBA supervision. The role offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits; candidates should have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

Passion for working with children with special needs.
Strong communication skills.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or 1 year experience with children in related roles.

Responsibilities

Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
Document child progress and milestones.
Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
