Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to work with adults in CAAPP across Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. The role focuses on FBAs, PBSPs, and community integration, with direct therapy and data-driven interventions.

The Independent Contractor position requires a Master’s in a relevant field, ABA experience, and a license/vehicle. Hourly pay ranges from $35.00 to $45.00, with flexible hours based on assignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience developing and implementing FBA’s and PBSP’s.
• Applied Behavioral Analysis experience required.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist or BCBA preferred.
• License and Vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Develop and implement a Positive Behavior Support Plan with team members to reduce challenging behavior and teach replacement behaviors.
• Provide ongoing assessment, program design and monitoring of treatment interventions/data collection as well as direct therapy.
