Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking Community Support Professionals (CSPs) as part of the CAAPP program. This 1099 independent contractor role focuses on supporting adults with autism in Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties, with flexible 4-hour shifts and no employee benefits.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, plus bonuses of $250 per quarter (max $1,000 per year) with a minimum of 10 hours billed per week. 1099 contract status on offer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• High School Diploma with at least 6 months experience working directly with individuals with any developmental disability, including autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults diagnosed with autism who are transitioning out of educational programs.
• Provide support to participants in communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, vocational training, and community-based employment.
• Use evidence-based instructional strategies to help participants achieve goals across home, community and work settings.
• Complete progress notes and data collection for each participant.
• Work with the Integration Specialist and Behavior Support Specialist to identify strengths and needs.
