Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in PA seeks a BCBA to lead Functional Behavioral Assessments and PBSPs for children with behavioral and emotional support needs. You will train staff and, where possible, parents on PBSP implementation and data collection, applying ABA principles across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required.
• Prior experience writing FBAs and BSPs.
• Experience working with students with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and PBSPs for children with behavioral and emotional support needs.
• Provide staff training on PBSP implementation and data collection.
• Deliver regular training on ABA concepts and principles to staff.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.
