Job summary

INTEGRITY SUPPORT SOLUTIONS is seeking a knowledgeable Behavior Support Consultant in Philadelphia County. This part-time, contract position involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing effective Behavior Support Plans. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and experience in behavior support for adults with intellectual disabilities. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field is required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans is required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and data-driven assessments is required.
• Current PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance are required.
• ABA training or certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans
• Collect, track, and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
• Provide consultation, modeling, and training to staff and caregivers
• Collaborate with families, direct support professionals, and clinical team members
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and agency standards

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Behavior Support Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing clinically sound Behavior Support Plans, and training teams in plan implementation. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life through person-centered, data-driven supports.

Responsibilities
