Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to complete required training.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
RBT certification is required.
Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
Successful completion of safety care course.
Physical activity includes walking, jogging, lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students during school and after-school as needed.
Implement individualized behavior and skill-building plans.
Help students build communication, social, academic, and life skills.
Collect data and document student progress.
Use positive, compassionate strategies to support student behavior and regulation.
