Centria Autism in Frisco, TX is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children and implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism and working in a team.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move in varied positions.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
