Centria Autism in Lithonia, GA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety and supporting families.

The position offers comprehensive training; no prior experience required. Pay rate ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, with growth opportunities and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test; pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to support each child and family.
