Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. This part-time role offers paid training and a chance to make a meaningful impact in daily life.

You will travel to client homes within a 20-40 mile radius, maintain safety and engage children in ABA-based activities, and collaborate with families and supervisors to track progress. High school diploma and active RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, registration and insurance.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
