Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Independence, Oregon. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training so you are prepared to help each child reach their potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Move and position to assist children, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and document progress.
