Centria Autism in West Linn, Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate, able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Be engaged in active, safe interaction; move and assist with activities as children participate.
