Centria Autism in Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
