Centria Autism in Oregon (Tualatin) is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, and you will receive comprehensive training to support each child, with a focus on teamwork and compassion.

Qualifications

• This role requires a passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to collaborate with a team.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Follow BCBA guidance and use evidence‑based techniques.
