Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges in Roseville, California.

You will help clients develop social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans under supervision. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or 1 year experience with children in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
