Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental challenges. You will help with social and communication skills, and implement behavior plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with children in related roles or college coursework in psychology/education/behavioral sciences.
• Strong communication and passion for working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social and communication skills and manage behaviors.
• Document progress and milestones.
• Follow behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
