Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, behavioral science, human development, or related field is required or one year experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
