Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. In this role you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting safety and positive outcomes. The position includes onboarding training, opportunities for growth, and a competitive pay range of $18–$25 per

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children during activities.
• Collaborate with team and BCBA to adjust interventions as needed.
