Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, and you’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team to help each child reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test required.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding; certification prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety and adapt to children's needs in a dynamic setting.
