Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Behavior Technicians to support one-on-one interventions for children with autism. You will implement individualized plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

This entry-level role offers comprehensive training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a dedicated behavioral health environment in Oregon.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if not already completed in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention with children.
• Implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors.
