Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion while working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexibility to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient team environment and ensure safety during activities.
