Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism and are patient, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient and team-oriented.
• 18+ years of age required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
