Job summary

Centria Autism in the United States is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Training is provided. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for growth and a structured career path.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test within 1 year.
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• MD Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
