Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Maintain safety and support during activities and transitions.
