Job summary

Centria Autism in Cambridge, MA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and help teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, encourage teamwork, and offer a path to meaningful impact for families. Applicants must be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; CPR/First Aid and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
