Job summary

Centria Autism in Salem, VA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, help teach communication, social and daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Role requires patience and compassion when working with children.
• Ability to work as part of a BCBA-guided team.
• Must hold or obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds may be needed.
